The story is simple - 2 ex SAS / hero / more are asked to return to the fold and investigate a horrendous murder on an island. The two guys are entertaining in themselves.
They are then joined by a research assistant who make the job more difficult and entertaining.
Lots of scary monster stories with hilarity and smile, an entertaining read to work for me.
